What is the recovery period after a cosmetic injection?
You should return to your normal day to day activities immediately after the treatment. There however may be some mild swelling, soreness, redness or tenderness but these fade away quickly.
For lip injections however it might take about 14 days to fully recover.
Are there any side effects of Botox?
Most common side effects usually happen within the first 24 hours but they disappear within days. These are bruising, swelling, redness or tenderness. however if you have any concerns after the procedure you should visit your doctor immediately.
